RV Repair Florida (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website rvrepairflorida.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or interact with the Site, how we use that information, and your rights regarding your data.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We collect only what is necessary to operate and improve the directory.

Analytics Data (Automatically Collected)

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics. This includes: pages viewed, time spent on pages, browser type and version, operating system, general geographic region (country and state level only), referring website, and session duration. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Submission Data (When You Contact Us or Submit a Listing)

If you submit a listing or send us a message, we may collect your name, email address, business name, phone number, business address, website URL, and any other information you voluntarily provide. We do not create user accounts and do not store passwords.

How We Use Your Information

• To display and maintain accurate business listings in the directory
• To respond to listing submissions, correction requests, and general inquiries
• To analyze how the Site is used and improve its content and functionality
• To communicate with you about your listing status if you have submitted one

We do not use your information for advertising targeting, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Site. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

• Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google may collect and process data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Airtable — Listing submission data is stored in Airtable, a cloud database service. Airtable processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
• Vercel— The Site is hosted on Vercel, which may process server logs including IP addresses and request metadata. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

Cookies

We use cookies solely for analytics purposes through Google Analytics. These cookies help us understand aggregate traffic patterns and improve the Site. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any cookies for remarketing or behavioral advertising.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use any feature of the Site.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 26 months by default. Listing submission data stored in Airtable is retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. We do not retain any personal information beyond what is necessary to operate the directory.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at support@rvrepairflorida.com with the subject line “Data Request.” We will respond within 30 days.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you may also have rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
