RV Repair Florida (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates rvrepairflorida.com (the “Site”), a free online directory of RV repair shops, mobile technicians, and related service providers operating in Florida. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Listing Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of listings, including sourcing from Google Maps, industry directories, and member organizations. However, we do not guarantee that any listing is current, complete, or accurate. Business information — including phone numbers, hours, addresses, and services offered — may change without notice.

If you are a business owner and your listing contains inaccurate information, please contact us at support@rvrepairflorida.com with the subject line “Listing correction: [Business Name]” and we will update or remove it promptly.

Free Listings

Basic listings in the directory are provided free of charge at our discretion. We reserve the right to include, exclude, or remove any listing at any time without notice. A listing in the directory does not constitute an endorsement of the listed business or its services.

Featured (Paid) Listings

Featured placement options are available for a monthly fee. The following terms apply to paid listings:

• Featured listings are billed on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days in a billing period.
• We reserve the right to change featured listing pricing with 30 days written notice.
• Featured placement does not guarantee a specific ranking or number of leads. Placement is within the directory based on availability and category.
• We reserve the right to decline or remove a featured listing that violates these Terms or that promotes services we determine to be outside the scope of RV repair.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Site in bulk using automated tools without our prior written permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listing information.
• Use the Site or listing contact information to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to listed businesses.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or its servers.
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
• Impersonate any business, person, or entity listed in the directory.

Intellectual Property

All original content on the Site — including introductory text, descriptions, page copy, and structural organization — is owned by RV Repair Florida and may not be reproduced without permission. Business names, addresses, phone numbers, and other factual listing data are not our intellectual property. Logos and trademarks belonging to listed businesses are owned by their respective companies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of any business listed in the directory.

Limitation of Liability
